Cancervive Challenge Bike-a-thon
Calgary Race City Speedway

It’s coming! The 2007 Cancervive Challenge bike-a-thon is coming soon. Are you ready to take up the challenge? This year’s event takes place at Race City Speedway and includes a wide range of cycling events for all ages and abilities. Bring your friends and family and enjoy the controlled environment of the Race City Speedway Track or take a scenic tour on our 50 or 100km road riding routes that start and finish at Race City. When the riding is done you will be richly rewarded with a BBQ in our festival atmosphere celebrating all of your hard work in raising funds and completing your event. The day will end with a high powered, adrenaline filled and heart stopping motorcycle race demonstration.

Purpose of Cancervive Challenge
“Working together in support of those living with and surviving beyond cancer.”

The Cancervive Challenge supports the overall mission of Cancervive and is being held as a way to help raise money for Wellspring Calgary that assists those living with and surviving beyond Cancer. All participants in the event will be encouraged to raise money and awareness of the importance of Cancer Survivorship Programs by collecting pledges. 100% of all donations will be given to Wellspring Calgary.

Light The Night

Calgary - Saturday, September 29th - Eau Claire Festival market at 5:30 pm
Light The Night is The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's North America-wide evening walk. Walkers carry illuminated balloons to celebrate and commemorate lives touched by cancer. Funds raised support our mission: Cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.

Please join us in our fight against blood cancers as we light the night with hope and raise funds to find cures.
